Quantitative Method

The course prepares students for carrying out Research using quantitative methods. Prominence is given to relevant Scientific perspectives, design of studies, descriptive statstics, table analysis, correlation, regression analysis and introduction to factor analysis.

The student
- has solid knowledge in quantitative methods
- has skills in designing studies, analysing quantitative data and reporting results based on quantitative/statistical analysis
- has knowledge and skills in using software for statistical analysis
- is able to reflect critically on research based on quantitative methodology
- is able to carry out collaborative learning using digital software

Teaching is based on lectures, practices in statistical analysis using statistical software and collaborative learning using digital software.
