Acid/base. Kinetic and behavior of enzymes. Chemical reactions to carbonyl compounds. Metabolic of carbohydrates, lipides and amino acids.

The student is able to explain acid /base properties of amino acids, organic acids/ bases and explain reactions of carbonyl compounds.

The student is able to explain metabolic processes and their regulation.

Lectures and exercises. Five exercises where four must be accepted before the exam.
