Introduction to Dramaturgy

The course gives an introduction to key dramaturgical concepts and traditions in the performing arts and is also relevant to adjacent disciplines like film and music. The course develops the students' methodical skills in analyzing performative works, and in conceiving and realizing their own dramaturgical concepts. Emphasis is also put on knowledge and competence in academic writing and mediation.
