Guidance and Instruction

The course includes the development of professional knowledge about guidance and instruction. Central to the course are training and knowledge about counseling strategies and methods, individual and group learning processes, in schools and in companies. The course includes introductory perspectives on guidance that are important to the teacher's relationships and communication in the learning room. In addition, the focus is on the student's reflection on and development of his / her own guidance practice based on customized training.The course also includes knowledge about conflict and conflict management.

The course includes teaching on campus as well as emphasizing work requirements between the sessions. The forms of work alternate and may include lectures, workshops, dramatization, group work, discussions, presentations, etc. All teaching and practice is compulsory. The course covers both pedagogy and professional didactics.
