Academic content:
The aim of the course is to provide practical and theoretical insight into how businesses can lead integrated value chains and networks.

The subject will cover topics such as:
-Characteristics of vendor relations
-Classification of vendors and vendor relations
-Vendor Development

-Procurement and Outsourcingsstrategy

Learning outcome:
Knowledge
-The candidate should be knowledgeable about how the development and management of supplier relationships and networks can enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of a business.
-The candidate should have the knowledge of the various co-operators, collaboration forms and the development of relationships between companies in connection with valuebased deliveries.
-knowledge of how such relationships are connected in industrial networks.

-The candidate should be able to apply methods for classifying suppliers.
-The candidate should be able to analyze and evaluate vendor relations and networks.
