Strategic Change Management, Specialization Course

The course consists of theoretical and methodological subjects within the fields of change management and organization theory.

The course is mandatory for students in their 5th year with Strategic change management as their main profile. The course will increase the students' in-depth insight into core issues of organization theory and change management, and help the students develop their own position within the theoretical fields. The course will also give a basis for conducting empirical research on relevant issues, choose research design and methods. The course should allow students to increase their skills in arguing for their opinions on theoretical and methodological choices.

The teaching will be done as a set of seminars addressing relevant issues.
