Organization and Environment

An introduction to organisational theory, management/leadership, groupwork and group development and Safety, Health and Environment.

The course will give an introduction to theories on organisation, groups and Safety, Health and Environment.

Lectures and written exercises. There will be an obligatory excursion with company visit during the semester. The excercises are compulsory and done in groups. Together, they count for 40% of the mark. A written examination at the end of the course constitutes the other 60% of the mark. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may change from written to oral.
