Part 3: Working Environment and Labour Dispute.

Show knowledge of organizational theory to administrative and managerial problems.
Acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes as a leader, and also be able to recognize all employees participation in the management of an organization.

Lectures, Group work.
Compulsory assignments:
Three mandatory exercises (all must be passed). Groups of 4-5 students. The students are responsible for establishing their own groups and keeping the deadlines.
