Project Management

Students will get a general introduction to project management and projects as a phenomenon through the course. The course will introduce traditional and agile projectmanagement, working methods and organization of projects. Topics such as uncertainty, resource allocation, stakeholders' influence on projects, innovation, sustainability and learning in projects are among the central topics highlighted. The projects' value-creating elements, from initiation to profit realization, are some of the most prominent aspects of projects and are generally dealt with in the course. The project manager's central role in the potential success of projects is also central. Students will also get a general introduction to intellectual property rights.

Knowledge - students should, after completing the course

The student should be able to evaluate the process and progress of projects critically. The student should understand the complexity of project work and be able to adapt associated tools that affect the project's use of resources, results, and purpose.
