About this course

Content

The rapid changes and transitions in society bring complex and demanding tasks for people in all types of organizations. This requires creating good conditions for learning and innovation in organizations, for example; developing good relationships, promoting dialogue and a collaborative climate, with a focus on creating good results at the same time. The course supports students being able to meet these requirements by contributing to in-depth theoretical knowledge and capacity building focused on coaching and relational leadership. The course contributes to an understanding of how coaching and the process leader role can be used to facilitate a co-creation and learning organization. Central to the course is to be able to contribute and influence through coaching and relational leadership, using active learning processes and meta-reflection for increased perspective awareness and capacity building.

  • has in-depth knowledge of the process leader role for learning and development of co-creative and learning organizations

  • can analyze and apply relevant coaching skills to facilitate growth and development at the individual and organizational level.
