  • The candidate will acquire knowledge of computer networks, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
  • The candidate will learn core principles of data storage, backup, recovery, troubleshooting, and basic log analysis.

Skills

  • The candidate will be able to use the Linux command line effectively, perform file manipulation, manage permissions, and administer users and groups.
  • The candidate will be able to work with virtualized environments, and operate cloud-based resources.
  • The candidate can implement basic solutions for data storage, backup, and recovery.
  • The candidate will be able to identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT issues using structured troubleshooting methods and log analysis tools.

  • The candidate is aware of how IT automation affects organisations.
