Læringsmål

After student passed this course from the 2 part course work assignments they will have a good understanding of the key industrial designers in History and how they shaped the world of today. They will also begin to a see how products are designed to have a emotional and practical effect on users. The importance of cognitive ergonomics on our use and interaction with all types of products will be evaluated and intelligently analyzed. This course will focus on the student presenting there findings to the class and lecturer and will improve the presentation technic. Layout, presentation and finish of coursework is highly important and will effect the final grade. There will also be the requirement for the students to learn Photoshop. (time is given to this in the course but the student is expected to follow a self study text book) The student is expected to carry out a large amount of self study. This course as run very much as would be expected from a industrial professional and the students are expected to act and perform to this standard. Ideally the students should have some 3D cad experience and it is essential they have working knowledge of MS powerpoint or similar.
