Virtual worlds analysis and optimization. • Social agents influence on landscapes in evolutionary systems. • Dynamic landscapes influence on evolutionary social agents. • Relation between social swarming systems.

Læringsmål

Knowledge: • Have knowledge in advanced methods of modeling virtual worlds as ecological, industrial and urban systems. Skills: • Have practice in programming virtual worlds in a game engine. General competence: • Have general competence in possibilities and limitations of using a game engine for simulating virtual worlds. • Have general competence in analyzing, and optimizing virtual worlds. • Have general competence in using virtual worlds in innovation processes.

Læringsformer og aktiviteter

Lectures, student presentations, project exercises related to a research project or a case, selected by the student. Mandatory hand-in assignments: 1-3 mandatory assignments. All the mandatory assignments have to be approved in order to get access to the exam.
