By the end of this course, students will be able to: - Critically analyze and evaluate various change management theories and models. - Be able to use change management perspectives to assess organizational change needs, understand reactions to change, and identify strategies for effective implementation. - Be able to develop and present change management strategies for various organizational contexts. - Collaborate effectively in teams to address real-world change management challenges. - Develop an ethical and sustainable approach in relation to change management practices.
