Knowledge: Upon successful completion of the course, a student should: - Have advanced knowledge of practical tools and method to bring business ideas to the market - Have basic knowledge of terminology and scholarly theories in entrepreneurship Upon successful completion of the course, a student should: Skills: - Be able to analyze the potential of business ideas with regards to commercialization - Be able to provide recommendations for business development to someone who has a business idea. - Be able to perform a simple literature review Upon successful completion of the course, a student should: General competence: - Be able to analyze relevant academic and professional problems related to entrepreneurship. - Be able to communicate extensive independent work and terminology from the academic field of entrepreneurship.

Læringsformer og aktiviteter

The course consists of a combination of lectures and guest lectures, casework, presentations, literature studies and discussions. Students work in groups related to an entrepreneurship project. Individual written exam (20%) and two reports written in groups (each 40%). Participation at guest lectures, seminars and on company visits are mandatory.
