German 2

The course builds on TYSK0501 and provides an introduction to the German language with further development of vocabulary and grammar in order to further develop conversational skills.

Knowledge

The candidate
-has basic knowledge of the German language, culture and society (level A2/B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Proficiency

The candidate
-can comprehend and communicate sufficiently (equivalent to level A2/B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
-can read and understand formal and informal texts
-can write coherent texts
-can participate in spontaneous discussions on different topics, argue and express her/his opinion

Teaching (lectures, written and oral exercises, presentations and group work).
Approved obligatory assignment is valid for 2 semesters (the semester in which the approval is given, plus the following semester).
