Networks and Services - Telematics and Society, Specialization Project

The specialization project consists of a term project of 15 SP.

A. Knowledge:
To get a profound understanding of a topic within the selected area. (Here: socio-technical problems with a focus on the interplay between telematics, organization and society).

B. Skills:
1) To be able to analyze a scientific problem using scientific methodology. (The methods can be from CSCW in addition to telematics (networks and services), and general ICT. The student shall be able to select feasible methods such as future workshops, ethnographically informed fieldstudies, use of prototypes and action research.)
2) To be able to perform relevant literature search and studies of related works.
3) To be able to conduct an independent project assignment.
4) Making a project plan with mile-stones.

Individual (or group) project work with supervision.
