use scientific methods and practices for developing written reports.

independently update his/her knowledge in the field, both through literature search, consulting with experts and by audit of own practice

demonstrate a broad understanding of what it means to be a board representativ

describe in detail the responsibilities one has as a board representative, director or committee member

conduct written and oral presentations of the subject's topics

a good understanding and knowledge of organizational, legal and financial framework for companies

a broad understanding of what it means to represent, ie, a better ability to reflect on his/her own role related to the venues he/she participates in, and what responsibility one has as representative, director or committee member

Pedagogiske metoder:

The course has six full-day sessions with compulsory attendance. At the sessions the working procedures will include lectures, case studies, group discussions, simulated board meetings and presentationsThe 6 days will have such a focus:
 2 days with juridical perspectives
 2 days focusing on Board Theory  2 days with "best practice" and relevant case study
