Learning Outcomes - Knowledge: Have a broad understanding of issues and tools related to planning, human resources in the organization. Describe developmental features in the Human Resources and Management Sciences. Explain various activities and tools that promote the development of the human resource. Use basic knowledge of theories and models in International Management Explain how national cultures affect our assumptions about how to exercise leadership. Use knowledge of important ethical, economic, political, legal and technical environments Describe the cultural context that is important in international business. Use scientific methodology and methods for developing written reports. Teaching methods
Educational methods: Lectures by professional staff and guest lecturers from business. Case review. Compulsory work requirements: Submission of up to two compulsory submissions that can be written in group. The submissions must be approved for the opportunity to take the exam. A minimum of 80% attendance is required in the class-based teaching.
