 Contract law as a discipline encompasses all types of contracts, but in this course maritime contracts, particularly offshore contracts, will be used as examples in the review of contract law.

demonstrate good knowledge about the methodology used to solve legal problems.

demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations that are required before a contract is binding

use legal, scientific methodology and work methods to develop written reports.
