Learning outcome: Knowledge -The candidate should be knowledgeable about what characterizes projects as working conditions -The candidate should be knowledgeable about the characteristics of successfactors in projects -The candidate should be knowledgeable about the typical project challenges. The candicate should be knowledgeable about the key stakeholders in projects and how to manage them (relationship management process). The candidate should have knowledge of methods, tools and processes for management and leadership of projects. - The candidate should have knowledge about project sustainability strategies. Skills -The candidate should be able to use methods, processes and tools for managing projects. -The candidate should be able to know the central topics of project leadership and management. General skills -The candidate shall be able to proactively apply the curriculum to solve practical project challenges. -The candidate should have the ability to solve problems in collaboration with others as well as being able to communicate these.
