Organization and Leadership, Specialization Course

The course consists of two theory subjects: TIØ15Action research and TIØ16 Leadership, knowledge and value creation.

The course will provide indepth insight into core issues of organization and leadership, amd to help the student to find their own position within the theoretical fields. The course will also give a basis for conduction empirical research on relevant issues.

The teaching will be done as a set of seminars adressing relevant issues. In case of continuation exams, these will be arranged before the end of the same exam period.
