Strategic Change Management, Specialization Project

The specialization project will address actual development challenges in companies. Choice of project will be mentored by the supervisor and has to be approved by the department.

This is a compulsory course for students in their 5th year taking Strategic change management as their main profile. The topic will increase the students skills in developing in-depth insight into core issues of organization theory and change management, relate to an external organization/company in a professional way, search for relevant information for their scientific work and develop their own position within the theoretical fields.

The project is a large written exercise. There will be regular supervision meetings, in addition to students' independent work.
