Organization and Leadership, Spezialization Project

The specialization project will adress actual development challenges in companies. A list of possible projects will be made available during spring term. Choice of project will be mentored by the coordinator and has to be appoved by the institute.

The student will learn to develop indepth insight into core issues of organization and leadership, and to help the student to find their own position within the theoretical fields.

The project is a large written exercise. There will be regular supervision meetings, in addition to students independent work. The project is done alone, or by two students working together.
