The human rights - The rights of the individuals and the protection of privacy against the state and the Civil Service. The relationes between the international law and the national law. The conventiones of the UN. International organizationes - UN, the Council of Eorope, OSSE, the tribunals etc. The mandate and status.

Lectures an excersises in a kind of seminars. Self-tuition. Portfolio assessment is the basis for the grade in the course. The portfolio includes a final written exam (60%) and exercises (40%). The results for the parts are given in %-scores, while the entire portfolio is assigned a letter grade. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may change from written to oral.
