Business Law

This is an introductory business law course. The course assumes fluent Norwegian skills and knowledge of Norwegian society.

Knowledge presented in the course:
- Broad knowledge about important themes within business law
- an introductory understanding of methodology in studies of law

Competences developed:
- give practical training in analysis of business situations to handle them properly in order to avoid law suits and/or have taken the right steps to document the situation in order to resolve them in a leaglly acceptable way.
