About this course
Content
The course adresses central models, theories and perspectives in modern Human Resource Management. Important parts of the course will be knowledge management, performance messurment, leadership, employee development, project management and team work.
Learning outcomes
The courses position and function in the study: It is a "K-course" which means that it is an option for most students at technology studies.
Knowledge: The aim is to provide knowledge on a general framework on Human Resource Management across different academic disciplines. The course will also provide students with specific techniques and also reflection on how HRM will be an integrated part in companies business models.
Skills: The course will provide a framework for analyzing HRM-issues and relate it to their own technological profile. The course will also train students in teamwork.
General competence: The course provides general competence in organizational theory, with a special focus on HRM, and competence in writing reports.

Teaching methods
The course has mandatory assignments to be completed and written exam. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
