About this course
Content
The student shall choose two elective themes of 3.75 SP. Possible themes are:
TFE11 MEMS and mechanics.
TFE06 ASIC for MEMS.
TFE12 Medical sensors.
TFE13 Fiber components.
Learning outcomes
Give specialization knowledge in nanoelectronics and microsystems.
Teaching methods
The elective themes can be taught through lectures, seminars and self studies. In case of continuation exams, these will be arranged before the end of the same exam period. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
