Knowledge: professional and scientific fundamentals in universal design, connections between universal design and user centered design, and specific themes regarding these connections.
Skills: Understand and apply basic concepts and principles of universal design. Identify general and specific survey needs in regard to different users. Charting user needs, transfer into practial solutions. Accessing updated information, research and professional knowledge.
General competence:
Conduct administrative and design related processes within universal design, planning.
