Marine Civil Engineering, Specialization Course

The students shall select 2 specialization subjects each of 3.75 CR. Eligible specialization subjects are:
Flow induced vibratons (Professor Geir Moe)
Analysis of measured data (Førsteamanuensis Øivind A. Arntsen)
Special subject Marine Civil Engineering (Førsteamanuensis Øivind A. Arntsen/Professor Sveinung Løset/Professor Geir Moe/Professor II Ove T. Gudmestad)

The course will give the student an in-depth knowledge and competence within imortant topics of Marine Civil Engineering.

The specialisation topics are taught as combinations of lectures, colloquia, laboratory assignmnets and/or self studies. Theoretical assignments may also be given. If required a re-sit examination will be held at the end of the examination period for which the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
