Project Management, Specialization Course

The theory part forms a foundation of the specialization project work, and is closely linked to the project topic. Main topics are: Front-end management of projects, project planning under uncertainty, top management structure and project strategies in building and construction projects.

To convey in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in a limited field within project management.

The teaching in the course is given as lectures, seminars, laboratory teaching and supervised self study. Exercises are included. Late examination will be held within the examination term.
