- of the relationship between innovation and strategic decisions

- to be able to carry out internal and external analysis and actively participate in strategy development.
- to be able to make good, sustainable decisions through consideration of different strategic alternatives.

Teaching methods
Lectures, videos, plenary discussions, group work, exercises, and compulsory work. Lectures will be in Norwegian. The compulsory work may include obligatory attendance(s). Details on compulsory work are given at the start of the semester.
Students are expected to arrive well-prepared for class activities in all lectures, and the course requires mandatory attendance in several lectures and learning activities throughout the semester. This will be shown in the course plan for the semester.
