Counselling in a Relational, Holistic and Creative Perspective

The course contributes comprehensive knowledge about counselling and theories from a relational and system-oriented perspective. Both context and situation shape the background of developmental interpersonal processes, as a potential for analyzing and understanding the co-creation of growth and development in holistic and creative ways. The candidate develops competency in how the counsellor can understand and influence a personal and organizational system to a point where the relation between person and system develops. The course facilitates extensive insight into how the counsellor can help clients to understand and develop themselves in interaction with diverse systems.
