About this course

Content

The course is about how one creates space for dialogue, both with oneself and with others. By gaining insight into concepts and practices that can promote self-reflection, one will stand more firmly to achieve a good life and good relationships. The focus is both on how one can take responsibility for one's own development, through becoming more attentive to the way one relates to oneself and others, in life and work. Reflections will be made on what self-development means, in life and work roles, over the course of life. Furthermore, there will be a focus on change, both in us and in our surroundings, as well as how we as humans must relate to both our strength and vulnerability.
