Organisational Psychology

This is an elective course; however, credits earned here can be applied to a Master’s Degree in Health, Organizational and Communication Psychology. The course will concentrate on organizational change, organizational culture, gender and identity, groups and group processes, cultural diversity and innovation.

The course gives a deeper understanding of reciprocity between trends in the work life at many different levels with an emphasis social and individual thinking and management methods in organizations, practice in carrying out a project in the subject area, and experience in orally presenting research results.

Teaching method and activities: Lectures, seminars, field work, teacher supervision, colloquium.
Form of assessment: Project work (A through F).
