Applied Social Psychology

The course will focus on a series of applied areas in Social Psychology which are effective as attitude campaigns, as mass movements that influence the individual, and that involve interpersonal communication and planning. Other areas which can be considered are political psychology, the legal system and psychology and judicial psychology, etc. The contents of the course may vary. To an extent that it is practical, students can work on a concrete research project or applied measures within the framework of the course. Actual scientific methods in the field will be taught.

The course gives a theoretical foundation in the subject matter, practice in completing a project in the subject, and independence in managing academic material in a written work.

Teaching method and activities: Lectures/seminars/project work 3 hours per week (mandatory reading list). Self-study (elective reading list).
Form of assessment: Individual semester paper which must be anchored in the reading list (A through F).
