Content
The course focuses on the management of projects in general and specifically covers challenges related to interaction and communication between organizations in projects. Relevant subtopics include management of projects, various interaction / collaboration models, relationship management in projects, organizational and contractual models, interface management and change management.

The course will only be lectured for phd-students, and will be arranged when needed
Learning outcomes
Knowledge: After the course the candidate has knowledge of:
- Research and knowledge in state-of-the art in the field
- Insight into the prevailing standards relevant to this course
- An understanding of communication as a means of improving efficiency projects.
Skills: After the course the candidate can:
- Analyze a practical project in terms of partnering and communication
- Use communication and relationship management into the management of projects
- Use collaboration and interaction models from the literature in the management of projects
General competence: After the course the candidate can:
- Understand the importance and use of communication, partnering and interaction in projects
Teaching methods
The course consists of two plenaries of two days.
Plenary 1: The first plenary will be two day lecture of state-of-the art of the professors, then independent study of relevant literature and preparation of a paper based on this, angled toward the student's PhD focus.
Plenary 2: In the second plenary, candidates will present his/her paper and discuss with professors and other learners.
The work between plenary 1 and 2 are independent study of literature and preparation of a paper based on this.
The paper will be submitted after plenary 2.
To pass the course: Requires a score of at least 70 percent (70 of 100 points) on the submitted paper.
