Norwegian for foreigners, online short course - Campus Ålesund og Campus Gjøvik

The short course is a language course for beginners. The course focuses on basic grammar and use of everyday language in both oral and written production.

The candidate`s level of knowledge is equivalent to at least Level A1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

SKILLS:

The candidate:

• is able to understand and use everyday expressions in order to carry out day-to-day tasks
• is able to introduce him, or herself and others
• is able to ask questions and answer questions about his or her whereabouts, acquaintances and possessions
• is able to interact with another person in an understandable way provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly, and is willing to clear up any communicative issues

This is an online course, with 3 hours of online teaching per week.

Compulsory assignments: 3 written assignments, 80 % attendance (the first online lecture is compulsory), oral exercise/test.
