Secondary Instrument 2

Individual instruction. The course may focus on chamber music/accompaniment. The student participates in concertforum if relevant, and if possible in classes, for his or her particular instrument. The course includes a significant amount of individual work.

The course can be included as an elective in the bachelor's degree in performance music - classical. The department assigns elective courses to students based on their prioritized preferences, as well as academic and resource considerations.

Lessons that are intended to enable the student to achieve the learning objectives in the course are offered no more than once.

• has skills on a secondary instrument different from main instrument
• has interpretated a varied repertoire on the instrument
• can present and convey music in a concert context

Individual instruction on the secondary instrument, regularly throughout the academic year. Concert forum and instrumental classes relevant for the instrument.

The student must participate with solo or chamber music repertoire in at least two concerts outside the final exam.

The instruction is mandatory and requires a minimum of 80% satisfactory participation.
