Harmony B

The course covers composition and arrangements in several musical genres. The work of the students will be recorded and feedback will be provided by the instructor.

Compulsory course in Basic Music Technology B:
The course provides a short introduction to basic sound theory, hard disc recording/ sampling/ sound editing, microphone choice, studio work, and sound aesthetics for the performing artist.

The course is designed to develop students' ability to create music from various genres, and to use practical musical arrangements and adapt them to various musical groupings.

Lectures - 1 lesson a week for 27 weeks.
Group instruction - 1 lesson a week for 27 weeks.

Compulsory course in Basic Music Technology B:
Instruction: 2 lessons a week for 8 weeks, in practice groups.
Assessment: Pass/fail based on written practice assignments and participation in compulsory instruction.
