Knowledge
Students are supposed to know theoretical background of International Business (IB) including main terms, principles and methods.
Students should know advantages and disadvantages of IB operations together with main strategic alternatives and main international strategies.
Students should know main entry-modes for international markets.

Skills
Students are able to apply the acquired knowledge in a useful way in practice.
Students should be able to analyze international markets and to evaluate firm’s strategic alternatives on the international market.
Students should be able to evaluate firm’s competitiveness on the international market and also evaluate the risks when working internationally.

Competences
Students are supposed to be able to make and to ground the decisions about going abroad.
Students should be able to choose the appropriate entry-modes and operations to go internationally. They should also be able to ground the decision about chosen entry-mode and operations.
Students should be able to evaluate firm’s implementation process.
The students should be able to plan, organize and lead teamwork with people from different cultural background
