About this course

Content

The subject is naturally divided into two: a modeling part and an analysis part. Modeling: -Parametric modeling -Flate modeling -Compositions (Assemblies) -Component car biotech and product families -Data format and data exchange -Digital value chains

Analysis: - Problem formulation and modeling technique. - Element method - Element types: Beam, shell and solid elements - Border conditions. - Load attachment. - Verification, reporting and presentation of results Academic content

Learning outcomes

Knowledge: The candidate - has general knowledge of 3D modeling. - have knowledge of the theoretical basis for data-assisted calculation methods. - have knowledge of the scope and limitations of such calculation methods.

Skills: The candidate - able to use relevant computer software for 3D modeling. - can use relevant computer programs for sizing. - can use relevant computer programs for documenting and reporting the analyzes.

General competence: The candidate - can plan and execute design and dimensioning using computer programs. - Have insight into the advantages and disadvantages of various data-assisted calculation methods. Learning outcome
