Learning outcomes

Knowledge:The candidate has basic knowledge of analythic solving methods of dynamic problems due to machine part motion caused by external forces. The candidate has knowledge of numeric solving methods of dynamic problems.

Skills: The candidate can apply his knowledge on theoretical and practical problems and knows how to simplify the problem before solving. The candidate knows english terminology and can perform litterature searches. The candidate is able to use both analythic, numerical and graphic solutions, either manually or by use of digital tools.

General competence: The candidate knows how to simplify a problem and is able to apply this in 2D analysis of existing or new products. The candidate can discuss theories, problems and solutions by writing or oral, and is able to exchange point of viewes and experiences with other persons.

Teaching methods

Classroom lectures with practical experiments. Problem solutions, weekly exercises with assistance. Video presentations.
