About this course

Content

Complex functions, complex integration, Laurent series and residue calculus, Fourier series, and solution of linear partial differential equations.

Learning outcomes

The students shall know and be able to apply basic theory of functions of one complex variable and compute integrals using residues. They shall also be able to use transformations methods to solve linear differential equations.

Teaching methods

Lectures and exercises.

Retake of examination may be given as an oral examination.
