- Basic characteristics of the various low-voltage grids.
- Basic structure and operation of high-voltage grids.
- The various principles and alternatives for electrical production

Skills:
The candidate can:
- Perform calculations and dimensioning of generator and turbine performance in one hydroelectric power plants, as well as calculate net annual energy production, based on given wastewater treatment and various losses.

General competence:
- The candidate must understand the operation and power balance in the network and power generation facilities.
- The candidate should be able to use a professional language in communication with colleagues and representatives from other disciplines.
- The candidate has insight into the subject and can convey knowledge in the field of school and business
