Commercial Law I

The course deals with the following areas of law:

• Legal method
• Contract law
• Labor law
• Right of purchase
• Money and credit law
• Company law
• Warranty and lien
• Enforcement, debt negotiation and bankruptcy

Knowledge:

At the end of the semester, the student must have knowledge of central legal rules for companies and corporations. The individual subject areas that the student must have knowledge of appear in front of.

Skills:

At the end of the semester, the student must, based on the theoretical knowledge, through active problem solving have acquired skills in assessing and solving legal issues in practice.

General competence:

By the end of the semester, the student must have developed an understanding of the relationship between society's ethical norms and legal rules. The student can assess and understand the significance of the legal rules for good business management.
