A broad discussion of different perspectives on the challenges facing development, use and diffusion of IT based solutions in organisations. In addition to developing analytical concepts, there is an emphasis on documented, empirical experiences.

Knowledge

• have deep theoretical knowledge about technical, social, cognitive, economical,and cultural challenges with realising the potential of ICT in organisations
• have deep knowledge about concepts, models and perspectives on the implementation of modern ICT in business organisations
• have knowledge about relevant experiences from the implementation of ICT in business organisations

• have skills to identify, define and analyse complicated challanges related to the implementation of ICT in organisations
