Learning outcomes

Knowledge:
The candidate has knowledge of key concepts and general principles software design and insight into the architecture-, design-, interaction- and securitypatterns in this area.

Skills:
The candidate can provide professional reasons for the organization, modularity and structure in software solutions based on the use of software patterns and can draw UML-models and make good object-oriented design of software modules.

Competence:
The course provides candidates with competence in interpretation of written sources and the importance of quality assurance and documentation of proposed software design, as well as experience in argumentation for choices from an academic and a practical perspective.
