Knowledge

After having successfully completed this course, the student should:

¿ have an overview of the most important disciplines and methods involved in the design of digital media

¿ know different techniques for development of ideas and innovation

¿ know the most important methodologies for project management and teamwork
¿ have thourough knowledge about prototyping, iterative design and user testing
Skills

After having successfully completed this course, the student should be able to:

¿ work systematically with the development of innovative ideas and concepts for design of digital media

¿ work systemically with developing an idea from early sketch to ¿proof-of-concept¿

¿ analyze and evaluate the creative and innovative potential of a design concept

¿ organize and carry out a group project in a methodic and systematic manner
¿ write academic reports about the student's own design work, in coherence with basic standards for academic writing
