Student active learning methods are emphasized in the course. The learning methods will vary between lectures, practical training in groups, discussions in plenary and student organized seminars. Students are organized in learning groups and work with study exercises between the gatherings. Video recordring is used as a learning method in the course.         

Compulsory assignments:
- One individual scientific text with a scope of 1200 words (+/- 10 %).
- Project: Every single student is planning, implementing and evaluating a guiding conversation. The students make video recordings of the guidance interview in smaller groups. Video recording forms the basis for analysis and project report. In the learning process guidance is provided by fellow students and teachers. The students will work on this assignment through the course.
- Parts of the report from the semester assignment will be presented and discussed in a student-led seminar.
- Attendance at the sessions is compulsory, and a minimum of 80 % participation is required.

Compulsory assignmnets are valid the current academic year as well as the following year of study.
